“Preparations for the 12th manifestation Pelješac Open Cellar Days are in full swing. We expect a record number of visitors,” pointed out the manifestation organisers, association Plavac Mali – Pelješac and Pelješac Wine Roads, which averages more than 3 thousand visitors.

On Friday, December 1, 18 young Pelješac oenologists will rate young wines from indigenous varieties from the 2017 harvest, with a competition in venison goulash. All visitors to the Winemaking Tradition Home can enjoy the goulash and excellent wines, but also an exhibition of black and white photographs which present a former way of life in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Saturday, December 2, is reserved for a tour of cellar and tasting of wines which made this peninsula famous around the world.
